Have been a customer for several years now and always have a positive experience. Recently purchased a set of tires and very happy with the price and service! I know I can always trust these guys to do a great job!

About a month ago, I brought my vehicle in because one side of the A/C had stopped working. If my memory is correct, I was told the system had been recharged and should last another month or two until I was ready for the repair. However, when I picked up the vehicle, the A/C didn't work at all. I brought it back and they looked at it again, but the explanation I received was quite vague, and I never got a clear answer about whether the system had actually been recharged. Because of the confusion, I sought a second opinion while keeping my appointment with Twin City (because I really do like these guys!) The other mechanic better explained the problem, showed me videos, and explained precisely why the system couldn't be recharged. He also identified yet another part behind the dash that was likely to fail in the near future, potentially saving me from paying for the same labor twice (this was not mentioned by Twin City…) Even though I kept my appointment with Twin City, they called a few days before the repair to say the wrong part had been ordered, delaying it by another week after I'd already gone more than a month without A/C in the extreme heat. Fortunately, the other shop was

I have a 2009 Corvette Stingray in mint condition with beautiful chrome rims. Recently the original left front tire started altering (falsely) of low tire pressure. Those cars do not have spare tires, so it’s critical that system operate correctly. I took it to one of the local tire maintenance shops that has multiple locations in Bangor. The Manager told me that he did not want to replace the sensor because the tire machine he has is not high quality and he did not think he could do it without scarring the rims. β€œTwin City is the only place I would trust to do that,” he said. I had an appointment for Saturday and was hoping to get it done because I had a trip planned on Monday. So I raced over to Twin City and got there around 11 AM. I walked in to a lobby with several people sitting waiting for their cars and several more in line to get a service appointment. When it came my turn, I explained to Jake my problem. He said he might be able to fit me in mid afternoon. I left the car and told him to replace all 4 sensors. Hoping it could get done with no issues. Three hours later, Jake calls me back. β€œYou’re all set” he says. I was a little apprehensive driving in wondering how those

I highly recommend Twin City Tire! I had a flat tire on my way to work and had to put my spare tire on so I could make it through the workday. Since I couldn’t leave work to deal with it earlier, I called Twin City Tire close to their closing time, and they still told me to bring my car over after work. They immediately helped me out, took the time to inspect the tire to see if it could be repaired, and even though they were very busy and booked out, they found a way to work me in the very next day and replaced the tire quickly. Their customer service was outstanding β€” professional, courteous, honest, and genuinely helpful. They made a stressful situation so much easier, and I truly appreciated how accommodating and kind everyone was. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. I will absolutely continue bringing all of my vehicle service needs there. Thank you again for the excellent service!

Went in for my seasonal stud to all season tire change - and they kindly reminded me that my current tires were ready to be replaced. I initially said "next time" and they politely said "no problem". I asked for a quote nevetherless and they gave me a couple of options and after some reconsideration I accepted there offer. They were patient, mindful of my price point concern and honest about the situation. Cant go wrong!
